many years offaithful service

aboutGLM

Good Life began in the year 2000 with a gift of $20 to begin traveling and ministering. As the Lord has opened doors; outreach has taken on many different forms. Initially opportunities to serve through Free Medical and Eye Camps, providing water wells in poor communities, meeting needs through natural disasters, and sharing Christ with children through fun Good Life Clubs built relationships that led to opportunities to share Christ. As the lives of children were impacted by Good Life Clubs; parents wanted to learn more and Fellowship Centers were started in these areas.

Schools were opened in slums to provide opportunities for a better tomorrow and teach children good character.

Training Centers provide young people with the opportunity to learn English and Computers. Interested students attend Bible Classes where they can learn about Jesus.

GLM has also implemented a program for families who have children with disabilities.  The Disabled Children’s Fund works as a support system for parents while at the same time providing for the needs of their children who have special needs.

The mission of Good Life Ministries is to
share the love of Jesus Christ
through the educational ministries, evangelical outreach, and humanitarian efforts. We strive to build character and restore relationships in individuals, enabling and encouraging them to
give back to their communities
through transformed lives.

we believe

We believe in one God eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that God has revealed Himself in both the Old and New Testaments, that all Scripture is the inspired Word of God, and that God has revealed Himself supremely in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that in the beginning God created all things. He made man in the Divine image, with free will, moral character, and a spiritual nature. John 1:1-3 Hebrews 1:1-2

We believe that man disobeyed God and fell into sin, bringing depravity and death upon all mankind; that as a sinner, man is self-centered and self-willed, unwilling and unable to break with sin.

We believe that there is one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, who died to redeem us from sin and arose for our justification.

We believe that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, a free gift bestowed by God on those who repent, believe, and obey.

We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts of sin, effects the new birth, gives guidance in life, empowers for service, and enables perseverance in faith and holiness.

We believe that the church is the body of Jesus Christ, the brotherhood of the redeemed, a disciplined people obedient to the Word of God, and a fellowship of love, intercession, and healing.

We believe that Jesus Christ commissioned the church to go into all the world, make disciples of all the nations, and minister to every human need.

We believe it is the will of God that there are men called out to preach the Word, to serve as church leaders, to administer the ordinances, to lead the church in the exercise of discipline, and to serve as pastors and teachers.

We believe Scripture teaches for a man’s head to be uncovered, and a woman’s head to be covered when praying or prophesying.

We believe that those who repent and believe should be baptized with water as a symbol of baptism with the Spirit, as a public witness and commitment to Christ.

We believe that the established church should observe the communion of the Lord’s Supper as a symbol of His broken body and shed blood, and of fellowship of His church, until His return.

We believe that marriage is intended by God to be the union of one man and one woman for life, and that followers of Jesus should marry only in the Lord. Matthew 5:31-32

We believe that followers of Jesus are not to be conformed to the world, but should be transformed to Christ Jesus in every area of life.

We believe that followers of Jesus are to be open and transparent in life, ever speaking the truth, and employing no oaths.

We believe that it is the will of God for followers of Jesus to refrain from force and violence in human relations and to show Jesus Christ’s love to all men.

We believe that the state is ordained of God to maintain order in society, and that followers of Jesus should honor rulers, be subject to authorities without violating God’s commands, witness to the state, and pray for governments.

We believe that at death the unsaved enter into everlasting punishment and the saved into conscious bliss with Jesus Christ, who is coming again, and will raise the dead, sit in judgment, and bring in God’s everlasting kingdom.
